After obtaining my degree from St. John’s University, with honors, I graduated in the top 1/3 of my class from Hofstra Law School. In 2002, I interned with Supreme Court Judge, Laura Jacobson, and in 2003, I trained with the New York County District Attorney’s Office.

In 2005, I began as an Associate Attorney with a mid-sized insurance defense and civil litigation firm. As an Associate Attorney, I learned the ropes from the ground up. I began by drafting discovery responses, reviewing medical records, taking depositions, advocating in mediations and arbitrations, arguing motions, and attending Court Appearances, throughout the New York and New Jersey area.

I was promoted to Senior Associate in 2009, and then, in 2014, I was promoted to Counsel to the Firm. As Counsel to the firm, I ran the day-to-day operations of the legal aspects of the firm as well as directly supervised four (4) attorneys while managing my own caseload. I also successfully performed trials, including obtaining jury findings of "no negligence" in Salazar v Campus Realty, LLC in New York County, New York, in June, 2016, and in Mele v Starbucks in Union County, New Jersey, in May, 2017.

In 2018, I decided to start my own law firm so that I can fully focus my attention on my clients and litigation.

I represent individuals, insurance carriers, and Corporate clients in a variety of cases, including personal injury, contract/lease disputes, commercial litigation, insurance and indemnification issues, civil litigation, and criminal/municipal court matters.

I was awarded the "Top 40 Under 40" achievement in 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018.

I was also named to The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 list in 2018.

For the last 5 years, I have been named to the American Trial Lawyers’ Top 100 list.

Most recently, I was named to America’s Top 100 Civil Defense Litigators list in 2024.

I am proud to boast a perfect 5-Star client-review rating on Avvo.com (over 20 reviews) as well as over 140 Peer endorsements.

I look forward to giving your case the time and attention that it deserves in order to achieve your desired results.

My legal career has focused on defending insureds in personal injury actions involving premises liability (slip/trip and falls) and motor vehicle accidents. I have extensive experience taking and defending depositions, and I have prepared and argued a wide range of motions—from routine matters to complex, dispositive motions. I have appeared in courts throughout New York and New Jersey on countless matters, handling conferences, oral arguments, and other proceedings as part of my litigation practice.

I look forward to giving your case the time, attention, and strategic focus it deserves to achieve the best possible outcome.
